These ladies are changing the game, and you need to watch them do it.
Karen’s pictures just always make me smile. She is a lover of the great outdoors and it shows in her eye catching photos with simply breathtaking scenery. But what really grabs my attention is that Karen founded Get Out Stay Out, an organization that connects indigenous-migrant children with the outdoors through hikes, camping trips and multi-day backpacking adventures. I love following Karen’s adventures but I really am inspired by her mission.
There is so much to say about Yara. You may know her as an actor on Blackish and star of Grownish. But did you know Yara is also a political activist? Yara is the founder of Yara’s Club, a mentoring program helping students in low-income communities have access to educational opportunities. Yara’s page is a great mix of politically inspiring words, fashion, make-up and fun.
I first encountered Amandla as the adorable Rue in The Hunger Games. But wow is she more than an actor. This girl is a powerhouse at such a young age. She is a big time activist sharing her thoughts on being part of the LGBTQ community, gender fluidity, and black culture. She released a YouTube video called “Don’t Cash Crop My Cornrows” that is a quick video about black appropriation that packs a big punch. Her strength is intense and she is a must to follow.
Kat’s page is so fun, colorful, but ultimately powerful. Kat is a trans rights activist who is constantly posting thought-provoking content. Most recently, Kat was interviewed about mental health in the black community. Needless to say, Kat is a force and you should bare witness to her words.
Elsie is a kick ass Latina inspiring the world while living with cystic fibrosis. She truly shows us that you can do anything while living with a disability. Nothing stops Elsie and you should not stop yourself from hitting the follow link.
Emma is a student turned gun control activist following the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida. You have likely seen Emma make some powerful speeches around her cause, and she has also founded March for Our Lives, a nonprofit organization that is pushing for stricter gun laws. Emma is such an inspiration and her words regarding this very important issue are powerful. She is a must follow.
Tiffany is super cool! She is an inclusion and empowerment advocate working to break down barriers for everyone. She has received so much praise, including being selected as one of the 100 most influential Asian Americans of 2017. Tiffany’s page follows her activism and highlights her amazing personality.

Nadya has made it her life mission to get people more comfortable talking about periods. Yep that’s right. She is called a menstrual activist and founded PERIOD, an organization that focuses on menstrual care as a basic right, at the age of 16. She is everywhere spreading this word and you need to watch.
